Life is demanding...which messes with our capacity for connection.

I know this because I’ve been there.

A decade of working fast-paced, corporate jobs (plus the responsibility of raising a tiny human) left me overwhelmed, anxious and depleted.

When burn-out arrived, things had to change. Self-care finally got a seat at the table. I discovered how touch can be used to enhance mood and built new rituals into my daily routine. Life got rosy again.

I'm obsessed with using natural, botanical ingredients to create formulas that enhance physical connection - whether using solo or with a parter.

This is only the beginning, there's much more to come...I'm glad you're here for it.
